I am away on sabbatical and am looking for a long-term sublet starting July 1. Ideally, you would sublet the place for a full 12-14 months. I am willing to consider semester-long sublets, too, but none of any shorter term than that.

Chair and table on the back fire escape for outdoor lounging. Location is optimal: steps from Fort Greene Park, BAM, tons of restaurants and cafés, C and G Train (2,3,4,5 an 8 minute walk).
