Great view, calm place, top-floor, central in great area

The studio consists of one big room for work or relaxation, one separate room (currently bedroom with large double-bed), one kitchen, one small bathroom with toilet, sink and a shower. It is on the 5th floor and has great views to 3 sides. There is NO elevator! There is floor-heating in the entire apartment. The studio works best for one or two people. It is calm, and perfect for studying, writing and reading. I would prefer to rent out a year or longer, but minimum 3 months, depending on when. Write me and ask. The house is a family house, with no particular noisy parties or the like. The studio was renovated a few of years ago, with new floors, bathroom, kitchen, and build-in storage. It is in the middle of Kreuzberg, the surrounding area is wonderful: Lots of small squares, small local restaurants, bars, cafés, everyday-shopping, as well as parks and cultural events - galleries, museums, libraries, cinemas, theaters, etc. The U-bahn (metro / underground network) is Görlitzer Bahnhof 5 minutes walk away, or Kottbusser Tor 10 minutes walk away, and bus 145 goes right on your street. Oranienstrasse is two streets over, and offers everything for nice evenings out: clubs, bars, restaurants, concerts, etc. No pets, no shoes indoor (very shiny floor!), no parties / loud music, and no guests staying overnight unless arranged with me. :)
