Rooms available in Updated Historical Farmhouse/Farm NE Longmont

Hello! We have 2 big, bright furnished bedrooms for rent in our updated historical farmhouse. The bedrooms are upstairs along with a shared bathroom. They have a cozy, whimsical, classic feel to them and include farm views. The guests(s) are welcome to use our large kitchen, various living spaces, laundry, enjoy the 6-acre farm, our seasonal endeavors, and farm animals. Plenty of parking and a lot of eclectic rustic charm. 2 sides of our property is surrounded by Boulder County open space. Families Welcomed! There is a yard with a playset, tire swing, etc. The Master and all communal living spaces are downstairs so there is a sense of separation for the rented bedrooms/bath. When you enter the property it feels like a slice of heaven. This is one of the oldest farmhouses in Boulder County. It is truly a special place that we want to share.

We are centrally located just 4.5 miles west of 25 on the famous hwy 66.
25 miles from Ft. Collins, 30 miles from LoDo Denver, 17 miles from downtown Boulder, 11 miles from Lyons, 27 miles from Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park & 3 miles from downtown Longmont which is filled with shops, restaurants, bars and a small-town feel.

About us: We are a fun-loving, healthy couple whom both work outside of our hobby farm. We enjoy being outside, seeing live music, gathering with friends, working on the farm, and other Colorado activities. She works at CU Boulder as an Early Childhood Specialists & loves to dance, cook and do yoga. He is a handyman who loves VW’s, vintage items and motorcycles. We have 2 domesticated animals (cat & dog) and farm animals that we are happy to tell you all about. We like to keep the house clean, want you to feel welcomed, are not into drama, partying, smoking or dishonesty. We have both lived in Colorado for over 20 years and have lots of recommendations. We are happy to share a meal with you or just give you space to be and enjoy the peace.
