This house in High Park is a true oasis. There are huge trees in the neighbourhood and on the property. Consequently there are numerous types of birds that can be spotted from the garden or the second floor balcony. Marina has been extremely professional in all our communications with her. In the middle of the Covid pandemic, Marina has exercised the utmost caution when showing us the apartment and when dropping off supplies. The house is a very beautiful old 3-story home with 9 foot ceilings, lots of natural light and air conditioning on both floors. The bathrooms and the kitchen are fully equipped. The house is located 2 blocks north of High Park and a 15-minute bike ride from the Humber river. This apartment would suit families as there are lots of kids on the street.
