You will love living in this stunning, luminous 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment! The apartment is furnished and was recently renovated (new master bath, new kitchen, new appliances, updated sunporch), so everything is sparking new! There is in-unit laundry in the master bathroom. One of the bedroom is currently furnished as a home office. The apartment is in a very desirable street, 7 min walking to the Porter square red line T-stop, 10 minute to Harvard Law School and 17 min to the Harvard red line T-stop. The 77 and 96 buses stop one block away. Utilities are included. Sublets not allowed. No pets allowed. Included in the rent is bi-monthly cleaning by our cleaning lady.

I am an Assistant Professor at Harvard University, and my wife is a lawyer in downtown Boston. We are renting our home to academics during their travel. We have put a lot of effort in maintaining the place and making as cosy as possible. Hopefully, it will be a true home away from home for you!

Had an absolutely extraordinary 6-month stay with my partner at Bastien's.

From being flexible on move-in dates (reducing the rent accordingly) to the amenities and responsiveness of the host, the experience could not have been more positive.

The area is very nice, an easy 8 minute downhill bike ride to Harvard where I taught with bluebike stations close by for non-drivers and parking for drivers. Feels suburban--quiet neighbors, pretty neighborhood-- but has great access to any entertainment one could want in either porter, davis, or union squares.

The house gets a lot of light, has wonderful views, has a cute patio, and the utilities (kitchen, washing machine, internet, tv, espresso machines, bed etc. everything you can't see in the pictures) are all new and great.

We are so glad we found this place and cannot recommend more highly.
