Desirable Parkwood East, all comforts, bike to CSU!

Our family of four is moving to Zaragoza, Spain for a year (COVID permitting, things are still in flux) during my sabbatical leave from CSU, and we are looking for a family coming to Fort Collins to enjoy our lovely home while taking good care of it. Family friendly neighborhood, close to Edora Park and well connected to the awesome trail system in Fort Collins. The Edora Pool and Ice Center and the Fort Collins Club Gym are within walking distance. Biking to CSU (3 miles) on the Spring Creek trail will be the highlight of your day! If you have kids, the nearby schools (Riffenburgh elementary, Lesher middle school, and Fort Collins Highschool) are all very good.
The house is a trilevel with four bedrooms (thee upstairs, one in the basement), two and a half bathrooms. I will post additional pictures soon. The master bedroom has queen bed, master bathroom and walk-in closet. Two smaller upstairs rooms have single beds plus trundle, and wall closets. The fourth bedroom is in the finished basement, and has a queen bed, but we seldom use it. Family room can serve as home office (high speed internet and WiFi), with new gas fireplace to make it cozy and a piano if you know how to play it. Actually, the piano stays even if you don’t know how to play it. Heating is forced air, and a whole house fan works well for cooling the house during the summer, when the days are hot but the nights are cool (Fort Collins elevation is 5,000 feet, or 1,500 meters). Open Kitchen recently remodeled with more appliances than you need (induction stovetop), fully furnished and equipped. Two car garage with level two electric car charger and workbench. Car use is negotiable (I am planning to sell them before we leave but let me know if you are interested). Bike use is negotiable.
Spacious backyard with lawn, deck and patio furniture (sofa and table for six) and pellet grill. Perfect during the summer, when you can enjoy the pergola and the shade from the grapevines. Front yard is xeriscaped with beautiful flowers and requiring minimum maintenance. The thyme and oregano in between the flagstones flower in the summer, attracting bees with a wonderful scent.
