It is spacious with 67sqm on the 1st floor and another 51sqm on the 2nd floor (though only the 2 sleeping areas on the 2nd floor are available as the other rooms and attic are used for the owner's storage). There is a mini courtyard entrance at the front and at the back is a Japanese garden. The main living area on the 1st floor and sleeping area on the 2nd floor are floored with tatami. The kitchen, dining room and small study have wooden flooring. Wall aircon/heaters are available in the main living/sleeping areas, whilst the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and toilet washroom all have under floor heating. The heated toilet washroom is outdoors and is separate from the bathroom equipped with a shower and stainless steel bathtub.
