This waterfront home is ideal for incoming Colby faculty and is located in a great neighborhood only walking distance from downtown Waterville (and the high school and elementary school) and a short (1.5 mile) drive to Colby. The home has 5 bedrooms (with possibility for a sixth with independent heat). It is currently set up with 3 bedrooms and two offices and will come mostly furnished. It has a large kitchen/sitting area and outdoor deck overlooking Messalonskee stream. The basement includes laundry and a large area for (heated) storage. There is a detached two-car garage (not heated). Rent $2000/month. Utilities included are water and electricity, you will cover heat (natural gas, quite affordable) and internet.
