The elementary school welcomes the children from 3 to 10 years old. The College and high school are in St Clement de Riviere with transfer provided directly from our village. The airport is at 25 minutes drive from Montpellier, the train station and highway are at around 15 minutes drive from the house. The Universities from Montpellier and Agropolis/CGIAR are just 20 minutes drive (10kms). In a wooded and quiet environment, the villa (147m2) is pretty out of sight. The first floor includes a huge living room with a fireplace and a piano, a fully equipped kitchen opened on a nice shady terrasse. Also,two bedrooms with double bed, one toilet and a bathroom with shower complete the first floor. In the second floor, you can find 2 bedrooms with a patio, a bathroom with toilets and a large tub.
