Family home in a bush setting close to the University (UQ) & schools.

Description

Our home is referred to by friends as "The Resort" as it is set in quiet sub-tropical bush set back from the street yet is only 12 minutes by car from The University of Queensland. On the same street is a well regarded primary/elementary school which makes it perfect for those with families. Indooroopilly High is en route to the university. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, there is a large pool, and the house is fully furnished. There is a small second study and the loft bedroom (with a double and single bed) is actually two rooms as the photo indicates. There is a separate library/media centre downstairs that has a fold-down sofa for that unexpected friend or family member who drops in to check out Australia. The house is close to a major shopping centre and public transport as well as a toll tunnel for fast travel to the city, the airport, and the Royal Brisbane & Womens Hospital. This site did not easily support reviews when we first used it but we can supply very positive feedback from colleagues who have stayed for periods ranging from 3 months to a year from British, Canadian, German, and New Zealand universities.
