Sunny, bright and cosy flat with large balcony area in the elegant Parioli neighborhood. The apartment is at the 5th floor of a recently renovated residential building near Euclide square. Parioli is a lively and safe district with wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. A beautiful park for jogging or relaxing strolls, Villa Glori, is a few minutes walk.
The nicely furnished apartment features a master bedroom and a large living room both with parquet floors, an independent kitchen, the entrance hall and one bathroom with a comfortable shower. The flat is ideal for a couple, but conveniently accommodates up to four people with full comfort. It is fully equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi Internet, flat screen TV (40“), dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is located walking distance to Galleria Borghese and Villa Borghese, to the new modern art museum (MAXXI) and the concert hall complex of Rome (Parco della Musica). We spent wonderful two month in this beautiful apartment in Parioli. Transport collapse in Rome has been an only unpleasant thing , but In this location one can use local train which is only one stop from Flaminio Metro and Piazza del Poppolo The apartment is bright, has enough space both for work and recreation. It is decorated with taste and equipped with all the utilities you may need. I worked mostly from home, Wi fi was good and the apartment is very quiet Our landlord Francesco was extremely helpful and responded immediately for every request We like to prepare our food and often have our meal at home. Few supermarkets are in the vicinity, most of them are open late We even were able to host occasional guests for 2-3 nights

My wife and me enjoyed our walks in this marvelous part of the city - you can get to Villa Borghese by 20 min walk Few parks are located close to the place, as well as Auditorium Della musica- big concert hall and venue for festivals I can highly recommend this Parioli apartment !

This apartment was a perfect place for my husband and myself. We rented Francesco's apartment for 7 months. The pictures are very accurate on the listing. Everything is in good repair and clean. If you do have a problem, Francesco is very responsive and quick to remedy any issues. (I would rent again for that reason alone!) He and his wife and daughter live in the apartment next door. There is a separate entrance and your own terrace space. It's on the top floor of the building and very quiet. You don't hear the neighbors at all. Parioli is a very nice part of Rome and we loved the neighborhood. Metro (Euclide stop) is nearby. You can walk to the Borghese and thus to Popolo and Spanish steps in about 20 to 30 min. There are several small grocery stores within walking distance, all you need is your 'granny cart'. I would also like to put in a nice word about the portiere Fernando. Great guy, super nice. Keeps all the common areas very clean and attractive. Very safe building. The apartment has great A/C. Washing machine. Dishwasher. The stove is small but adequate for cooking meals. We had a car and parking is tight. There are garages in the area, but they are expensive. We chose to park on the street and/or a cheaper garage further away. The price includes all fees except your electricity usage. The furniture is very nice, the bedroom and living room very large, the kitchen was adequate for our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. In fact, I hope we have a chance to do just that sometime in the future. Thanks Francesco! Arrivederci! and thanks again for everything. We had a great experience renting Francesco's apartment. It is bright, airy and located in an excellent location away from the city center that allows you relax and enjoy your evenings away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Close to groceries and lots of choices to eat and shop. Thanks for enhancing our Rome experience. Would have no hesitation to use this property again

We had a fantastic stay here. The flat is very well equipped, and the landlord was very forthcoming and helpful in every way. The rooms are bright and airy, and even if the kitchen is small, it all works very well even when cooking for a group of people.

The building has both a door man and a lift and the area it is located in is tranquil and secure. Within walking distance, there are two parks and the lively Viale dei Parioli with shopping and some very decent restaurants. An added perk here is that the flat is located in close proximity to supermarkets, which is not always the case in Rome.

I can warmly recommend staying here.
