Remodeled Bungalow with garden near shops and public transport

My home is small, but very comfortable. I have lived here since 1984 and have extensively remodelled it. There is a beautiful garden on an irrigation system. The bedroom overlooks the garden and has adequate reading light. The bathroom has a skylight, and there is a reading light over the large bathtub/shower, as well as alternate light on a dimmer switch. The kitchen looks onto the deck and garden and has a plant window. The dining room is adjacent. The washer-dryer is in the kitchen. Floors are wood except for the bedroom which is carpeted. There is a living room with flat screen TV, a DVR, DVD player, and sound system which is wired to be heard in every room. The couch makes into a double bed. I recently added a spare bedroom in the basement with its own bathroom and entrance. The home is in an extremely desirable neighborhood in an upscale community close to public transportation and amenities. A wonderful organic supermarket, cleaner, shoemaker, hair salon, and bakery are literally around the corner. There is a farmer's market there every Sunday.
