Newly renovated and air conditioned (Daikin), you can enjoy the many historical and culinary riches to finally rest in cool, calm. Beautifully situated in the historical heart of Lugo and near the GLOBO, large shopping center at the corner of the street. In 20 minutes you will find yourself at the beach. You can change every day since the Adriatic coast stretches for kilometers. The most mythical remains Rimini nightclubs and fiesta at RV.

Presence in many markets, festivals, historical and cultural attractions, this area represents the breadbasket of Italy: Parmesan (Parmigiano Regiano), piadina, balsamic vinegar, tortellini and Garganelli, grilled meats, fruits and vegetables, zucchini flowers, pizza and ice cream ...

The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of a house divided into three apartments. At the foot of the house, a large garden shaded by tall pine trees, wisteria, sprinkled with rosemary and ivy, you can even park your vehicle.

The stairs leading to the apartment are marble, giving an impression of freshness. On the 1st floor is an apartment on the 2nd and 2 apartments share the landing. On the left, you will find this large two-room newly renovated and air conditioned. The kitchen and bathroom are new. Electricity and plumbing were redone completely. Finally, the wall air conditioning (Daikin-kitchen and bedroom) offer you optimal conditions of rest in peace (no mosquitoes!).

The furniture consists of antiques and special care has been taken in the bedding new mattresses with mattress protectors.
Input: antique trunk can serve as extra bed (1m60-70cm). A mattress is in the trunk.

Large kitchen: fully fitted and equipped with many closets. Siemens refrigerator with freezer (2 doors), 4 gas fireplaces, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, a hood. Extendable antique table (4-8 people), dresser, sofa.

Large room, large bed with two separate mattresses + 1 pull-out bed (2 beds that are flush), a wardrobe, a dresser and another small antique cabinet.

Large bathroom: bath with shower umbrella, sink with drawers, bidet, toilet, large mirror, closet, washing machine, clothes line.
Each room is equipped with a large window with two leaves + store + curtains.

Calm, cool, clear view, close to the historical center and shops.
Very often in Italy, air conditioning, sheets, Internet require a daily fee. I suggest you rent a small all-inclusive price!
I expect that tenants leave the apartment as clean as they arrive. Elise, my cousin, will check the state of play on your way out. After check out list satisfactory, I will refund the deposit.

It is also Elise, who will prepare the apartment for the following tenants. I would ask you to report any malfunction (appliances) or object breakage and send me a reminder so that we can fix before the arrival of new tenants.

"L'appartement est flambant neuf et très très bien situé à Lugo. Notre séjour se déroulait en été et la climatisation a très bien fonctionné, ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer en toute sérénité. Les matelas sont très confortables, ce qui n'est pas négligeable dans une location. Les électros sont neufs et l'appartement est très bien équipé. La cuisine est spacieuse et j'ai adoré ce petit divan vintage, de la Nonna, je pense. N'est-ce-pas Sylvie ? Enfin la proximité du Globo pour les courses, c'est génial ! Vive l'Émilie-Romagne, nous y retournerons. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix "

I have stayed at several different apartments in Paris during my years as a grad student and now as a professor and staying in the duplex for almost two months was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would gladly stay there again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a peaceful and productive stay in the French capital.

The apartment is in excellent condition, is very clean, and obviously has been lovingly maintained and was renovated in a most well-thought-out way. I don’t think the space could have been used any better. There is a very pleasing mix of sleek modern and beautiful antique design elements. For example, see that staircase in the photos? It is even more beautiful in person. The apartment is filled with natural light and has good overhead lighting in the evening if you need to work. It is spacious. I stayed there with another person and we felt that we had a lot of room. (The apartment also can sleep additional guests.) There was a good amount of storage for our clothes, books, and other belongings. The apartment also stays cool in the summer. I also want to mention the lovely courtyard filled with roses and trumpet vines and the view of trees and rooftop gardens you get from the windows.

One of the best things about the place, in my opinion, is that it is extremely quiet. The building is steps away from a busy traffic circle and yet inside the apartment you’d have no idea. The neighbors are also quiet. (There is a school nearby and sometimes you can hear recess.) I slept SO well in this apartment, better than in my own home! It was an ideal environment for work and rest. I felt safe and secure in this apartment.

Communicating with the owner was always very pleasant – she responded promptly to my questions and gave clear instructions about everything in the apartment. The neighbors that I met in the building were also very kind and helpful.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need to live in Paris, from cooking utensils to towels to high-speed internet and phone service that is included in your rent. There is even a washing machine! Despite it having a Parisian kitchen, the space is used well and there is ample counterspace for your food prep.

The location is wonderful. You are steps away from a metro station (lines 3 and 3bis), a short walk from line 2, and you can also walk to a tram stop. A number of bus lines stop steps away from the apartment, including, among others, the 69 (which stops at the Louvre and Eiffel Tower) and the 64 (which goes to the Bibliothèque nationale de France – Mitterrand site). There is a taxi stand steps away from the front door – very handy for when you’re traveling with your luggage. It was very easy for me to get everywhere I needed to go. The apartment is so close to the Père Lachaise cemetery that you could take daily walks there if you wanted. You’re close to Charonne Village and can take some lovely walks there, too. You have a choice of grocery stores and banks (and ATMs) within a 30-second to 5-minute walk, a boulangerie across the street, and a theater and a movie theater steps away. There are also many cafés, restaurants, and traiteurs in the neighborhood, including French brasseries and Japanese, Korean, Indian, Lebanese, and Chinese cuisine.

This apartment is truly a gem. For all the reasons listed above, I don’t think you could find a nicer place to stay. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.


J’ai vécu dans plusieurs appartements à Paris au cours de mes années d’étudiante et de professeur et mon séjour de presque deux mois dans ce duplex a été l’une des meilleures expériences que j’ai eues. En fait, j’aimerais louer cet appartement encore à l’avenir et je le recommande à toute personne souhaitant un séjour calme et productif à Paris.

L’appartement est dans un état excellent et il est très propre. Il est clair qu’il a été soigneusement entretenu et a été rénové d’une façon très bien pensée. En effet, l’aménagement et la disposition de l’espace sont très bien faits. Il y a un mélange très agréable d’éléments modernes et antiques dans cet appartement. Par exemple, l’escalier que vous voyez sur les photos est même plus beau en personne. L’appartement est lumineux durant la journée et la qualité de la lumière est bonne si vous avez besoin de travailler la soirée. L’appartement est grand. J’étais là avec une autre personne une partie du temps et nous nous sommes souvent dit qu’il y avait beaucoup de la place. (Il est possible d’héberger d’autres amis également.) Il y avait de la place pour tous nos vêtements, livres, etc. Autre avantage : il restait frais dans l’appartement en été. En plus, la cour est pleine de plantes et de fleurs et les fenêtres donnent sur des jardins.

À mon avis, l’un des meilleurs atouts de cet appartement c’est qu’il n’y a pas de bruit. L’immeuble se trouve à quelques pas d’un rond-point où il y a beaucoup de circulation, mais de l’intérieur de l’appartement, vous ne l’entendrez pas du tout. C’était impressionnant. Vous n’entendrez les voisins non plus. (Il y a une école à côté et parfois vous entendrez des voix des enfants au moment de la récréation.) J’ai dormi mieux dans cet appartement que dans ma propre maison. C’est un environnement idéal pour travailler et pour dormir, d’autant plus parce que je me sentais à l’aise et en toute sécurité.

C’était toujours un plaisir de contacter la propriétaire, qui a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions et qui m’a donné des consignes clairs et faciles à suivre concernant tout dans l’appartement. Les voisins que j’ai rencontrés étaient très gentils et m’ont beaucoup aidé également.

L’appartement est bien équipé de tout ce qu’il faut pour bien vivre, y compris des ustensiles de cuisine, des serviettes, etc., et une connexion internet à haut débit et un téléphone inclus dans le prix du loyer. Il y a même une machine à laver ! L’appartement a une cuisine parisienne, mais elle a été très bien conçue et il y a beaucoup de la place sur le plan de travail pour préparer vos repas.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas d’un métro (qui dessert les lignes 3 et 3bis), et non pas loin de la ligne 2 et du tramway. Beaucoup de bus desservent la place à côté de l’immeuble, y compris le 69 (qui ont des arrêts au Louvre et à la Tour Eiffel) et le 64 (qui passe par la Bibliothèque nationale de France – site Mitterrand). Il y a une station de taxi à côté de l’immeuble aussi. C’est très pratique si vous voyagez avec des bagages. C’était très facile et pratique d’aller partout où je voulais aller cet été. En plus, l’appartement est près du cimetière Père Lachaise… vous pourriez y faire une promenade tous les jours si vous vouliez. L’appartement est près du quartier de Charonne aussi, où vous pouvez faire d’excellentes promenades. Vous avez le choix de supermarchés, d’épiceries, de banques et de distributeurs à quelques pas de l’appartement. Il y a une boulangerie en face, un théâtre à côté et un cinéma qui est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Il y a beaucoup de cafés, brasseries, restaurants et traiteurs dans les environs. Vous pouvez y trouver de la cuisine française, américaine, japonaise, coréenne, chinoise, indienne et libanaise.

Cet appartement est un vrai bijou. Pour toutes les raisons ci-dessus, je crois qu’il n’est pas possible d’en trouver meilleur. Je le louerais encore sans l’ombre d’une hésitation.

The flat is comfortable and clean and everything works well. Almost everything is new or at least in very good conditions. It is very close to metro. The area is quiet and full of markets and shops.
