A rental followed by an exchange

Following our Sabbaticalhomes post, this summer we had a very good experience in hosting two families in our Tel Aviv apartment, both faculty members. The first on a rental basis and the second by exchanging apartments. We were very pleased with the good communication, with the high standard of our guests' care for our apartment and with the positive feedback we received from them. From our side of the exchange experience, we found it to be very convenient and we enjoyed the comfortable and welcoming apartment we stayed in.
