Their university has paid the rent directly to me

My current tenants in my Santa Monica, CA furnished rental contacted me through SabbaticalHomes.com and in May I will have a tenant returning from France after one year who originally rented through SH. In September I will have a tenant returning from the East Coast after a year's absence, who had also originally contacted me through SabatticalHomes.com. Sabbatical Homes has been the source of reliable and interesting tenants from all over the world. In about half the cases, their university has paid the rent directly to me, and that has worked efficiently. Before I discovered SH, I used to advertise in the LA Times as well as the local rental agency, but now I rarely need to do that.
