Spring Semester 2025 rental- 4 month minimum rental. Dates flexible. Large Victorian fully furnished first-floor flat, 1000 sq. ft, available by semester at $3,500/month, $15,750/semester. The flat accommodates a single person or a couple. The house is directly across the street from Smith College. We're a short walk to the bus to UMass in Amherst, and to the restaurants and stores of downtown Northampton. The flat includes a large bedroom, two large living areas, kitchen, bath, and laundry, and has a private entrance. We have a Yamaha upright piano that loves to be played. And there is a secluded little garden in the back with a small patio and gas grill. The house is on a quiet, friendly street and is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with wireless internet. Northampton is in a great area to bike and we have bicycles you can use. Parking is available in our private driveway. Our house includes includes two separate fully furnished flats, The first floor flat is as described. The upstairs unit, where we live, is two stories, There is a small unfurnished and unheated loft available above the garage which is a very cool private space suitable in mild weather as an art studio, writing retreat, or meditation space, connected to the house by an outdoor spiral staircase.
