A quiet retreat right in the heart of Carlton within easy walking distance to all the area has to offer. Melbourne Central Business District is a 25 minute walk away. Public transport trams and buses are on your doorstep. Melbourne University, Australian Catholic University and RMIT University are all within easy walking distance as are major hospitals including Royal Melbourne, St. Vincent's, Royal Women's and the Children's hospital. The listing currently does not show any occupancy however, through word of mouth we have had two academics from the USA for five months, one from Kuwait for one month and one from New York for three in the past two years Reviews/references from these academics are available on request.
