It could be 1 or 2 bedrooms depending on layout, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room/study. 5-minute walk from Penn Station; 3 hours to New York, 1 hour to Philadelphia and Washington DC. Walking distance from museums, restaurants, cafes, bars, symphony, opera, gym, theaters. Easy access to Johns Hopkins, hospitals, medical school, art college, music conservatory, many colleges and universities. We are academics and have lived here for more than 20 years.
