The apartment is located in the heart of the lovely Saint-Germain-des-Près neighborhood in Paris, just off the Place Saint Sulpice with its majestic church. Even though it is in the middle of one of the liveliest streets of Paris with cafés and restaurants, the windows are on the inside courtyard so it remains very quiet. This central arrondissement is extremely well covered by public transportation (buses or metro). It is also a 5 minute walk from the amazing jardin du Luxembourg. The rent includes all utilities (Internet; electricity; water; local tax) and includes the cleaning fee at the end of the stay. The apartment is available for short to medium-term stays.
