Luminous apartment, 44m2, on the first floor of a beautifully kept 19th century building in a lively and vibrant area of Paris (Rue Jean Pierre Timbaud, 75011) Located close to bars and cafes, two biweekly food markets, plentiful supermarkets and boutiques in the vicinity. Two mins from metro Parmentier on Line 3. 8 minute walk to the Canal St Martin, same to the Parc de Belleville, to Place de La Republique, 10-15 minute walk to the Marais. Montmartre 10 minutes on the metro, BNF 25 minutes on metro. Sleeps up to 4 people (one bed, one sofa bed). Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with dishwasher and mini washing machine, wifi, TV and DVD. No air conditioning but there are two fans, one for each room. Can be a little noisy on the weekends unfortunately, but there is double glazing and external shutters to dampen the sounds of revellers! Photos available on request. Many thanks!
