Harvard affiliated academic /clinician looking for someone interested in renting a bedroom in my apartment. Tenant will have full exclusive use of bedroom. Bedroom has individual entrance. Shared use of kitchen with dining area and bathroom. Owners uses the shared areas only occasionally. More details upon inquiry. Remainder of apartment will not be accessible to tenant. All utilities included. Wifi access included. No TV or cable available. Small washing machine in bathroom and free to use. Larger, coin-operated w/d in building basement. Rented furnished. Bedroom: full size bed, small closet, small chest of drawers, side lamps, small table and desk chair, shelves. Bathroom: full tub with shower head. Kitchen: table with 2 chairs, stainless steel appliances, high end cabinetry, microwave, toaster oven, filtered-water faucet, poang armchair. No additional large furniture allowed. No hanging of art or other items on the walls allowed. Washers and dryers in building basement. For hygienic reasons, it's preferable if you bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels. If you are coming from abroad and cannot take these items with you, we can discuss alternatives. Not a problem. I provide dishware, cookware and all needed in the kitchen. The apartment is steps from Harvard Yard. Apartment is in historical red brick building, mostly owner occupied, and very quiet. If interested, we can have a video call to discuss details..
