Gorgeous North Valley retreat with garden, pool and hot tub

Gorgeous home with beautiful garden, large heated pool and hot tub, approx 10 min from downtown Albuquerque and university. Full of art and textiles from around the world, and colour. We are letting our home while we are out of the country. The house has 3 bedrooms (a 4th will be used for storage, though the bed can be accessible for guests; please ask if you need this), 2 bathrooms, an open plan living area with living room, kitchen, dining room, sunroom and office, as well as a separate garden office. The house has a wood stove, and lots of skylights, so is filled with natural light. The master bedroom has a king size Tempurpedic bed and bath. Two other bedrooms have single beds (one of these is used for storage), and there is a 4th room with queen size bed that can be used as another bedroom or TV or playroom. There is a second separate office in the garden; it has wifi, heating/ac and so on. The garden is full of mature fruit trees of every possible kind, and there is a blackberry bush and grapevines. There is also a separate vegetable garden. There is a gorgeous shaded redwood deck and 12-meter heated swimming pool (surrounded by flowers) and hot tub. There is also a large trampoline and table-tennis table on the deck. The house is in the lovely North Valley neighborhood, which is less than 10 min from downtown, but feels rural as it is close to the Nature Center and next to 30 miles of bike trails. The neighborhood has a co op, independent bookstore, and cafe 5-10 min away. All other amenities (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, banks) are within 5 min of the house. Please note that all of our furniture and other belongings (kitchenware, paintings, books and so on) will be in the house, since this is our home. Closets and bathroom cabinets will be cleared for clothes and toiletries. Rent includes gardener (basic maintenance - mowing and watering during summer months) and full alarm and security system.
