The apartment has 1 full bath and a half bath, a living/dinning area, three bedrooms (1 of these is small and has a Yamaha digital piano), and a full-equipped kitchen. There is a small balcony to the front and a larger balcony with a sitting area to the back. Located in a renovated classic old building on the third floor (no elevator) on a quiet one-way street close to the Museum of Ancient Art, Parque das Necessidades, shops, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, etc. Plenty of public transport. Quiet residential building. The apartment is available for rent on a monthly basis (2 months minimum) and includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, telephone, WIFI, cable television). Central heating if used is extra and there is no central air conditioning available, only fans. This is our second home and we will only rent to very careful and clean individuals.
