All of our belongings will remain in the home but we will clear dressers, closets, bathroom storage and more depending on your needs. 4th Bedroom is currently an art studio, but can be made into an office/bedroom. Ideal renters: Visiting faculty/scholars, new TT faculty who could keep their belongings in storage and shop for a home while living here instead of signing a year lease, or other non-academic adults with references. Doctoral students may be considered. Credit and background check, and renter’s insurance required. Contract will be signed. Home Details: Small pick-up truck available for limited use. 1st floor Master bath w/en suite 1st floor is wheelchair accessible Charcoal grill Deep freezer TV and stereo + record player. Central air, dishwasher, washer dryer. Toddler equipment, crib, toys, books available. (Lots!) But will be stored if not needed. Closets and dressers, desks and some bookshelves will be cleared out. But no other storage is available unless you don’t need all of the bedrooms. House will be deep-cleaned before move-in and the same will be expected upon move-out.
