Our large furnished studio has a full kitchen and a room divider between the “bedroom” and the rest of the living space. It has its own outside entrance and access to a beautiful sunny backyard. The studio has a large entry with a roomy closet and storage space, as well as a bathroom with a great shower and its own washer and dryer. The studio is located in a daylight basement however it is warm, cozy and full of natural light with large windows on two sides. Rent is $1350 / mo. ( first and last month ), and a $1000 refundable deposit. Utilities are included, including internet. Our preference is to rent out the studio on the academic year September 1 until June 15 however this is negotiable and could be extended to the end of June or beyond. Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and approximately 1 mile to the edge of campus on the Burke Gilman trail and 2 blocks from Children's Hospital. Buses are also available and the stop is a couple of blocks away. Light rail is available near the UW with quick access to Capitol Hill, downtown, and the airport.
