Plenty of space, lots of sun (both morning and evening), surrounded by trees with filtered bay views; close to everything, but seems far away. The house is located at the border of Berkeley and Albany. Solano Avenue is a 15 minute walk, about the same for El Cerrito Plaza and Bart. The house has 3 Bedrooms (King and 2 Queens); 3.5 bathrooms, 2 offices, modern kitchen, living room, dining room, huge finished basement, very large decks (front and back), wood floors throughout and high-speed internet. Shops, pub(s), farmer's market and public transport are walking distance from the house. UC Berkeley is a short drive. Kensington Hill-top school is very close. This is a rental for the academic year. We'd ideally like to rent from mid August to some time late in May (start date is somewhat flexible, and the end date is negotiable, longer stays may be possible.
