Northwestern art history student's apartment available for summer 2024, as well as or the academic year perfect for a visiting professor or incoming student. One block from the Red Line train (runs 24h) with easy commute to Evanston, one block from the lake and a park great for running, tennis, swimming. 1 br, fully furnished, with lots of art. Eat-in kitchen of an enthusiastic cook, fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Coin laundry and bike room in basement. Good local grocery store, bars, farmers market 5 min. away. Very warm in the winter, all utilities included. 4th floor walkup. Cats welcome. A few house plants requiring only occasional water! Longer stays preferred.
