Beautiful loft, heart of Laurier Village

Description

This beautiful loft is located across our backyard and has its own private entrance and mailbox. It is spacious at roughly 950 square feet and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, kitchen supplies, and furniture. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Plateau, on the quaint Laurier village, steps away from grocery stores, restaurants, a butcher, a baker, several cafes and a liquor store. The metro (orange line) is just over a ten-minute walk, and there is a bus at the end of the street that also takes you to the metro. We are looking for responsible and quiet fixed-term tenant(s). Ideally we would like an academic, either professor or graduate student. Children and pets are welcome, so long as your dog doesn't spend its solitary time barking. Hydro not included.
