90 sqm apartment, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. There is WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning and programable heating. Lots of public transport within 1 minute distance and great location. Come visit Barcelona and stay where locals live. Enjoy my quiet, sunny and beautifully located apartment! My place is a 90 m2 apartment (around 1000 sq. feet) with air conditioning, 2 double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom, plus 2 full bathrooms. The living-room is large and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything necessary to cook, laundry machine (in an enclosed terrace) and dishwasher. The place is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of closet space. The building has 2 elevators. I also have a baby cot and many toys, etc, if you need it. Just let me know. I used to live at the apartment with my husband and kid, so a few things remain there (books, Nespresso machine and some other specialized kitchen gear, some children stuff). It is a great place to spend some time, lots of natural light and no noise from the street are really not common in town! Private parking space could also be available, let me know if you need it.
