It has engineered hardwood floors and all new furniture including desks in each bedroom, jacuzzi tub, three large screen TVs. No pets. Disability access. 20 minute walk to Tulane, 10 minutes on bike. One off-street parking spot. 10 min walk to Carrollton street car. 5 minute walk to levee for bike riding or walking. Beautiful sunsets. Utilities and high-speed internet included! Price is below market value (normally $2500-3000/mo) because we do not want to have to move our stuff out and need help with plants and mail. Price is negotiable and depends on number of people and use.
