Beautiful historic home in the Villejuif neighbourhood in the South of Paris, 3 stops by metro from Place d'Italie. The house was recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms, one study, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and beautiful kitchen- all with windows, over 3 floors. the neighbourhood is amazing, it is quiet to sleep and rest, but all amenities, shops and restaurants and metro are at very short walking distance, 3-5 minutes. The metro to Chatelet in the heart of Paris takes 15-20 minutes. The house fully furnished and is where we normally live.
