There is a bright eat-in kitchen, a large bedroom with dark-out shades, and a comfortable living room with excellent tv and high-speed wifi service. There is private in-unit laundry, bikes available, no need for a car, everything is walkable; the world-renowned Berkeley Bowl, world-class restaurants, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, BAMPFA, UC Berkeley, walk to College Ave shops and restaurants, hiking trails, and BART, Lyft is quick and there is VeoRide with electric scooters. The block is ideal with wonderful neighbors and a fantastic architecturally interesting feel, doesn't feel close to campus. This is the spot that all persons visiting a city would want to stay. All utilities included. TV is your own choice of apps. Our backyard is separate from tenants but we are willing to give access to enjoy. There is a lovely porch to watch the many passerby, dog walkers, skateboarders, and bikers.
