Centrally located to explore and commute around the Bay Area, 30 mins to Stanford/ Palo Alto/ Facebook, 30 mins. to the Golden Gate and Sausalito, 20 mins to Berkeley and the East Bay. The neighborhood is in a safe area, with local schools and parks a couple of blocks nearby. The home itself is very clean and has great mid century modern finishes, beautiful hardwood floors, small upstairs deck off the main bedroom looks over the owner’s yard. The home comes with shared washer and dryer. Garage is NOT included, but there is easy, ample and safe street parking available. Across the street are the historic ( old) Portola greenhouses, now in disrepair but 3 times a year the city brings in a funny herd of goats that live there clearing out the brush. There is a tiny backyard that is not shared because of the older small dog that belongs to the owners downstairs. Oko ( the dog) is very friendly and sweet but yips when visitors come in her space. The owners are a young chef couple that work regular hours and are both quiet and fun.
