Main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom can either be an office or a second bedroom featuring a pullout couch with a comfortable, full-size bed. The unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer combo, and a private, comfortable outdoor porch. Private garage access is available for an additional fee. Utilities and internet are included in the monthly price. The unit is located in the heart of Logan Square, walkable to great restaurants, bars, and breweries. It is an 8 minute walk to the California blue line, which will take you to downtown in 20 mins, or a 3 minute walk to the Fullerton and Kedzie/California buses. The Fullerton bus will take you to Depaul main campus in 15 minutes. Please provide a brief description of yourself/your group, and the renting situation you're looking for!
