I am open to renting my treasured home to responsible people for short term stays (min 1 week, maximum 1 month) This fabulous loft is in a unique "Eiffel" building on a prized street in the trendy part of the Xeme arrondissement. 4m ceilings ensure a light and airy feeling and being at the back of the third courtyard means precious silence, excellent for working at home. Step outside and you step into a buzzing neighborhood full of energy and variety. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath) and two "children" rooms which share the second bathroom. The sunny kitchen is set up for making the most of all the fabulous food shops nearby but is also a great place to spend sunny mornings. The living room is great for spreading out. A separate laundry room with washer/dryer. This is a functional home which offers the luxury of a great space in a great neighborhood. The building itself is very interesting and full of writers/architects/creative types as well as conventional French old timers. Would be a great place to work from and/or have a family holiday. There are 4 metro lines nearby (4, 7, 8, 9), and it is a quick walk to the Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys, RER to both airports). Further pictures can be found at https://www.20000lieux.com/photo/8752 Note: I also have a very charming 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor which is also available for rent in July and August.

Comments: Sought after street in vibrant central neighborhood; foodie heaven with trendy restaurants and fabulous food shops; extremely well connected to public transportation; there is a reason it has been nicknamed "Petit paradis" (little paradise).
