We are located in the Poet's Corner neighborhood where neighbors greet each other, borrow things and have block parties yearly, sing-alongs and dance gatherings. The studio is surrounded by a patio and full garden with dining and sitting areas throughout. Fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet, shelves and dining table. Gas stove, range and refrigerator. Rent includes all utilities, trash and wifi. Near to cafes, bus lines, restaurants and all the other lovely sites of the Poet's Corner in West Berkeley. Just a few blocks from North Berkeley BART, bus lines a beautiful park and a 20 minute walk to UC campus. The neighborhood is mainly owner occupied with plenty of street parking. We also have a beautiful park with a cafe, children's play area, Phoenix Pasta Pacifico, yoga classes, creek, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful who keeps fairly normal hours. The studio is clean and animal free so no pets please. For one person.
