My husband and I are away for the month of March and would love to rent our home out to a cat lover. We would love to keep our lovely cuddly cat Romeo in his home while we are gone. He is more like a cat/dog that does not scratch or bite, he only wants cuddles and love. Our hope is that you would enjoy having him at the house with you. His litter is automated as well as his food so he is very maintenance free. We really love our home because: - It is located within walking distance to both uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener. This means you can walk to many restaurants, parks, coffee shops and cute boutiques. - It is bright and sun-filled in all areas of the home. It includes an office where the desk looks out a large window into the spacious and private backyard. - We have a cozy basement with a large screen TV & a large L -shaped sofa that feels like a movie theatre room. - It's also close to the light rail which takes you directly to the universities. - It's in a beautiful family oriented neighbourhood a stone throws away from one of the top k-8 schools in the region -We also have a driveway large enough for 2 cars - Snow removal is included in the rental price. - Bi-weekly cleaning is also included - high speed internet is included, along with use of our Netflix - $200 included for monthly utilities and hydro - We also have a family van that is up for rent during your stay if you wish
