I am a Montessori teacher that lives in this beautiful horizontal condominium. I recently build an small apartment adjacent to my house. for rent. The place is very quiet and friendly; Full of light and gardens. It is located in a old residential neighborhood full of gardens. There is an historic small plaza with a church at walking distance. I am willing to help and advice with what ever is needed. There are tow mini shopping plazas near by, were you can find services such as dry cleaning, pharmacies, banks etc. It is very easy to find Ubers and have home delivery of any kind. The apartment is very well located to accese The Universities in the south f the city. Inside it has a nice bedroom with a good closet a table and couch. And a nice bathroom. The living room has a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The round table can be used as a dining or working table. The open small kitchen is totally equipped. Sheets, towels, kitchen utensils etc, are all new. It has a small washing and drying machine.
