I offer this private room for rent within my unit in a space that is predictable, clean, safe, and quiet: This private room with separate entry and bath comes with gentle laundry access included in the rental. Please note that there is no full-kitchen access included. The room includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle, and small counter space for your own private use, hotel-style. The room is comfortably furnished with a full sized bed, a desk and chair, small dresser, and other amenities such as a hair dryer, hangers, linens, towels, vacuum and other cleaning supplies. This room is suitable for one person with no pets. If you spend much of the day outside for your work and pleasure, and can make do without a full kitchen, this may be a great fit for you.
