My husband and I have owned this building for nearly 20 years and have enjoyed spending many of those years renovating, updating, decorating, gardening and hosting guests. The building has 6 apartments and we have recently converted two of the units into furnished, short term rentals. We are looking for someone who would like to enjoy fall through spring in our second story, one bedroom unit. My husband spent the entire quarantine completely renovating this apartment. We formerly were innkeepers in Freeport, Maine and enjoy hosting folks from away and sharing all the splendor Maine has to offer. The building is very quiet and is located on a lovely street in the Historic District of Bath. Come enjoy all Bath has to offer and walk to the shops and restaurants conveniently located downtown five minutes away.
