Getting Around: The Richmond BART station is located .8 miles away from the house, and the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station (perfect for a park-and-ride) is 1.8 miles away from the house. The Richmond San Francisco Ferry Terminal is 3.5 miles from our house. This gives you direct access to the Berkeley campus and downtown, Oakland and San Francisco, as well as the SF and Oakland airports. Also available is the 72 Bus that runs along San Pablo Ave. through RIchmond, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Albany, Emeryville, to Old Town Oakland. Uber and Lyft frequent the neighborhood as well. If you bring your own car, the house is a short distance from Interstate-80 and 580. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood. Closer to home, there is beautiful hiking and biking in the East Bay parks where you can catch prime views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
