2/2 Condo - academic year 24-25 - vacation-like setting near UC Berkeley

I'm interested in renting my condo in Marina Bay area of Richmond, a few blocks from the 580 and a quick commute to Berkeley. I'm going overseas to study for the 24-25 school year. I lived in Berkeley for 20+ years before moving here and every day now feels like a vacation. If you're a water person the condo overlooks the SF Bay and the Bay Trail on onside, and a lake/pool/hot tub on the other. There's a fountain in the lake so really nice water sounds, but/and also really good windows if you want full quiet. If you're a fire person there's a working fireplace plus I have a firepit on the deck. Both bedrooms are set up as such, plus the couch pulls out if you have more visitors. You could make the second bedroom into an office if you want. I'll also be away two months this summer so if you want it for a year from 6/15/2024 that's a possibility. It's a great walking/biking area. There's a farmers market Sundays in the adjacent park. Happy to discuss leaving my bike if you want. The pictures are accurate for the furnishings except for the elliptical in the living room which won't be here (don't worry - the gym is a 30 second walk out the door). All the personal items (books, etc) will be cleared for you. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a closet in each bedroom, plus a bit of space in a storage closet on the deck.
