New, Open, Airy, Light Filled Home 1 Mile from Berkeley Campus

It gets so much light, is cozy and roomy at the same time and we love it. We have 2 children, so one of the rooms is a kids room with bunk beds. There is an office with two work stations where we work (one with a sit/stand desk with under-desk treadmill). There is an additional guest room as well and the den can be used since we have an inflatable mattress. There's even a secret room under the stairs filled with Legos. We have lots of kids items, toys, books, stuffed animals, legos, bikes, even car seats for the car. We're looking for someone to care for our home like they would their own. We want someone who will take advantage of the amazing place we live and enjoy the Bay Area. Fiber cable connection makes working from here easy. We have streaming services, but no cable TV. We live in a pretty urban area, but with our own little space, it's very lovely. Large open windows connect us to our neighbors and the courtyard space is perfect for hosting. We have a Nissan Leaf that is available for use. It's all electric and the range is about 80 miles, so it's great for getting around town, but not great for road trips. We're close to campus, to Berkeley Bowl, to Peet's coffee, to bagels, croissants and Ethiopian food. Hamburgers and bahn mi are steps away. BART is a 10 minute walk and you can be in downtown San Francisco in 30 minutes. We put that cleaning isn't included, but we can definitely provide the contact number of the woman who cleans our home if that's desired. All in all a wonderful place to stay/live.
