It is on the 2nd floor of an existing house with a separate outside entrance.The apartment is 725 sq ft.. Some of the amenities are: Samsung smart 50" TV, leather sofa, plush Sealy pillow top queen mattress, and new appliances (washer, dryer, and dishwasher) The large energy efficient windows fill the apartment with light. You will feel you are living in a tree house with views of the Flatirons and Devils Thumb. Xfinity high speed internet, utilities and trash/recycling/composting are included in the rent of $1500. An ideal tenant would be someone needing a place for the summer: visiting scientist or academic, someone remodeling their home or looking for a home, etc. Preferred length of rental is a minimum of 2 months - 6 months or longer, My rental license is limited to 2 people.
