On the upper floor, you'll find the master bedroom and full bath, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, a small study (with a closing door), and a large art studio & music room, complete with Steinway grand piano and a massive skylight. The home is perfect for a family with children and two adults who both need space for their work. The studio could also function well as a playroom. Minisplit AC units will keep you cool in every room, and both sides of the house get great sunlight: the bedrooms face east and the living room/studio face west. The L train and J train are both a ten minute walk away, and the B26 bus runs up and down our street. Bushwick is full of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops, and we are also a short walk to Ridgewood and its many popular restaurants, including Rolo and Pizzeria Panini. The L train will take you to Union Square in 20 minutes; the J will take you to the Lower East Side in about the same.
