Newly renovated 3bd/3ba house in the heart of Union Square

We are two scientists who work in biotech in nearby Kendall Square pre-pandemic, followed by working remote from our lovely home. It's been a perfect place to work remotely with a desk in two of the bedrooms. We are in the heart of bustling creative hotspot Union Square with restaurants, bars, cafes, groceries, climbing gym, breweries and chocolate makers (yes, multiple!) A new subway stop opened March 2022, biotech is coming in, and the largest climate tech startup incubator has been here for a while. Harvard square is a straight shot down Washington St, our closest intersection. Inman square is a 10 min walk and Central and Porter squares are a 15-20 min walk. The house was newly remodeled in 2018 and with its open concept, skylight and sliding glass door to the backyard, it gets lots of light. Bike shed in backyard with bikes available for use in bike-friendly Somerville/Cambridge. Photos are not updated with current furniture - there are now two couches in the living room and a projector/projector screen available for your use. The kitchen has three barstools and the dining room has a table that seats 4 that can be extended to seat 8.
