Classic, fully furnished, greystone row house near UChicago

This sunny, classic row house is quintessential Hyde Park: ornate features (stained glass, sculpted greystone), close to the restaurants and shops of 53rd and 55th, a short walk from the legendary Promontory Point on Lake Michigan, a short walk to the UChicago campus. The neighborhood is very walkable, and the Loop is an easy bus or Metra ride away. I am a professor at UChicago, my partner works remotely, and we have an 2-year-old baby. The house works perfectly for us — one of the bedrooms is currently set up as a nursery — but it would also be good for a couple or for roommates. There is an office, good wifi, central AC, a massive semi-finished basement (where we have stationary bikes and weights), and a lovely back porch and yard (where we often enjoy and outdoor dinner or morning coffee). We recently completed extensive renovations, including a new bathroom, new powder room, lots of new lighting, and new paint throughout (as well as a number of less-visible things, like new wiring throughout and a new water heater).
