Description
I bought my cottage in August and ended up living here all winter because I broke my heel and couldn't go up my Brooklyn stairs. This gave me a chance to make the cottage very cozy and well stocked - and all my things are new, new sheets, new plates, new vitamix, new instant pot, new tables, new chairs. Two beautiful Kardiel couches in two rooms, new foam mattresses (queen and full) in two bedrooms, a good queen sized air mattress in the studio (coverted garage) - so it sleeps four comfortably with the capacity for two more guests in the studio. The back yard is luxuriously huge. There is parking for 3 cars. There are trails behind the house and deer, owls, frogs, birds, you name it.

Comments: This is a 1939 classic Woodstock Cottage, deep in the woods but sunny as can be. Magical with elves and ponds and sun spots and deer and tree frogs and birds, birds, birds. Good Pella windows all around - truly a miracle of sunny spots all day.
