I'm renting my apartment, itt has amazing light and a lot of charm. I have found it very inspiring to live there. Perfect for a writing or art retreat. I't not far from the Canal de l'Ourcq and Canal Saint Martin, you can cycle your way around Paris. You can walk to the Marché des Olives or rue du Fbg Saint Martin, where there are a lot of nice shops. It's on the 5th floor and as a lot Parisian appartements there is not elevator, however I have it is a good workout.
