Master bedroom has queen bed; guest room has full double bed; living room has full pull out couch. Comfy back patio with seating, dinette. Washer/dryer in unit. Can accept a small dog, 25 lbs and under, only. 2 parking spots included. I am a professor and stay here about 4-5 months/year. Full month-plus rentals only. No parties, events, or smoking. A quiet, peaceful condo complex. Truly a retreat vibe.
